BIO
Born and raised in the Midwest, Nance learned that people like girls who smile. As #3 child out of four in a typical mid-last century family, she learned humor to distract from reality. Growing up she wanted to be a vet, actress, artist, classical composer, athlete and dolphin. After 25 years of school, she became a data scientist and moved to Conifer, Colorado. After another 25 years as a data scientist moonlighting as a ski/snowboard instructor, Nance has emerged as a standup comic.
Making people laugh is so special because it means there is shared understanding. Nance also uses humor to make people think. About the world. About others. About themselves. We are all connected on this journey.
